  • How does online booking work for your food trucks? We've made booking a food truck incredibly easy! Simply visit our website, browse through our available services, select your desired date, time, and location, and then follow the prompts to complete your reservation.

  • What types of events can I book a food truck for? You can book a food truck for a wide range of events, including private parties, corporate gatherings, weddings, festivals, and more. If you have a specific event in mind, feel free to reach out, and we'll be happy to assist you.

  • Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests required to book a food truck? We cater to events of all sizes, from small gatherings to large festivals. There is typically no minimum or maximum guest requirement, but it's a good idea to check your desired booking services for any specific guidelines.

  • What is the booking modification and cancellation policy? Deposits paid will not be refunded if our service is canceled 72 hours prior to the starting time of the event. All cancellations and changes to your booking must be made 72 hours in advance. 

  • Can I see a menu before I book a food truck? Absolutely! On our website, you can browse through the food menu, which pricing and photos. This will help you choose the perfect food options that suits your event.

  • How far in advance should I book a food truck for my event? Booking in advance is always a good idea, as it ensures you secure your preferred service and date. We recommend booking at least a few weeks ahead of your event, although sometimes we may accommodate last-minute bookings.

  • What information do I need to provide when booking a food truck online? To book our food truck, you'll typically need to provide your event date, time, location, estimated number of guests, and any specific requirements or preferences you have for your event. We will also collect your contact and payment information upon completing your booking request.

  • Can I request multiple food trucks for my event? Unfortunately, no! However, we know many other local food trucks that would love to partner with us to serve your event. We'll be happy to contact them for you and assist you in coordinating the logistics.

  • How do I pay for my food truck booking? Payments for booking deposits can typically be made online through our secure platform. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, checks, and cash at the time of arrival to your event.

  • What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my food truck booking? If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Each food truck may have its own cancellation and rescheduling policies, which we can help you navigate.

  • Do you provide your own setup and equipment? Yes, our food truck come fully equipped with state-of-art cooking setup to serve your guests. It has everything we need to prepare and serve our authentic and flavorful menu items.

  • Do you accommodate specific dietary restrictions or special requests? We can accommodate all dietary restrictions and special requests. It's a good idea to communicate your specific needs when making your booking, and we'll work with our team to ensure your requirements are met. As a note, all of our food and meat products are 100% Halal and strictly adhere to the requirements of the Islamic and Sharia dietary laws. Fresh and natural ingredients are the key for making delicious food; that's why we also get our produce from local suppliers and farmers' market, GMO-Free!

  • Is gratuity included in the booking price, or should I tip separately? Gratuity is not included in the booking price, so it's customary to tip the food truck staff separately. Tipping is a great way to show your appreciation for their service.
